We had an awesome time here with friends! The hotel was super convenient for us to explore along the riverside and hike the nearby trails. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options for everyone. Plus, the view over the river was stunning!

However, I did have an issue with our room key not working, which made us frustrated since it was supposed to activate the electrics.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Also, the staff was really helpful, especially a young guy at the pool who went out of his way to assist me with some issues I had with my phone.

The bathroom could have had better layout. it felt cramped without enough counter space. The noise from a party going on nearby was disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. The spa and pool facilities had limited hours, which was disappointing. Overall, the atmosphere and amenities are nice, but better staff training would really enhance the experience.

But then, you fork over nearly 200 euros only to find torn towels? And don't even get me started on their restaurant being closed for a private bash! Must’ve been a rager or something. No one wants that after a long trip.
